The place was wonderful overall! My family and I spent Christmas there and had an awesome time, they even had a Christmas tree put up. The host is attentive and always open to your needs. Beautiful place!!

Really solid little casita in a great area with beach access out the back. You get your own garage space too which is very nice when it’s so hot out. I stayed here for a personal working retreat and the Wi-Fi was perfect. Lorenia is super responsive and I felt if I needed anything she would be there to help.

We loved this place. It was absolutely perfect for our group vacation. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked with cooking amenities. The view of the ocean and the sunset on the balcony is worth the stay! Love that you can walk right onto the beach and go swimming. Lorenia is a kind, super responsive host. Great communication. We highly recommend this place!

This stay is one of the best l’ve had at an Airbnb. The host is a speedy replier, check in was seamless and the location is MARVELOUS. You can see the beach from the living room/kitchen area and the upstairs has a grill with the best view! We made use of the kayaks that were made available to guests & loved being able to walk right out to the beach.

Lovely to wake up on the Sea of Cortez with dozens of pelicans skimming the water outside your balcony, then soaring up and diving into the water for a catch, with baby pelicans following on the surface – clearly looking for breakfast from mom and dad’s dives. Peaceful beach, hardly anyone else there, with lovely sunsets! Comfortable, clean, and well managed home.

Five stars! Our family enjoyed the stay, and we will be back. The host was great and communicated effectively. The house was as described.

Lorenia’s place was fantastic. We came with a large group and the house was more than enough!
Perfect location and very, very safe. The house has great living accommodations, and a massive kitchen. The outdoor balcony and patio overlooking the water was to die for. Definitely will use this spot again as a regular Kino Bay beachgoer.
